The race is expected to attract top racers from both near and far to Avalon Raceway, with the winner receiving an impressive $5,059 and a total of over $12,500 in prize money and contingency prizes being distributed.
Barry Powers passion and kindness never wavered within the Speedcar racing community. His generosity and knowledge on racedays were unmatched. From his deep love for Speedcar racing to the lasting impact he has had on our racing community through generations of past and present racers, Barry was truly a standout figure along with his iconic cowboy hat at the track!
